My favorite moment was so perfectly done - I was doing the companions quest line and i go through the dungeon where all the companions' ghosts attack. I pull out my blade and start hacking away. I level up early in the dungeon and use a perk for one hand chance of decapitation (this was the first character I tried using a blade with. First character was mage.. Also I haven't yet seen a decapitation in the game at this point.). I go back to hack'n'slash and there it is: first decapitation of the game for me - to a ghost. the ghost's head flies off, the body crumples then disappears while the ghostly blue head turns solid and real with blood showing at the neck as it rolls around the ground for a minute and then disappears as well. My jaw dropped.

The next best was going into a bandit cave (somewhere east of whiterun, forgot the name) and seeing a blind man in a chair with an open book in front of him on a desk. His name was Olaf (or something) the Blind. I pick up his book to read it and it's completely blank. Totally made my day :p

I once had a fight with 3 dragons. It happens from time to time that you see two of them but they will not attack you together though if you are careful enough...

I was doing a bounty quest which required me to kill a dragon at a word wall. I don't know how but when I turned around in mid battle, my follower Argis was fighting another blood dragon. I immediately hit "I" to use all my resistance potions and somehow got to the map due to a missclick. I then realized that there was a second black word wall marker on my map nearby and kited the two dragons there...

I wasn't difficult with my legendary ebony armor and 75% magic resist (Breton battle-mage) but it took half an hour and sure was epic as f***f :D

Other than this, I have never encountered more than one dragon at once and I needed to smoke like 4 cigarettes after this battle xD

I'm currently playing a vampire on master and needed a follower to do the dwarfen Nchuand-Zel under Markerth quest. (Lydia had died in a previous dungeon some time back.) Well, I grew a liking to Uthgerd-the-Unbroken from Whiterun since she has a chip on her shoulder.

I got to the end of the dungeon and was fighting the Centurion and saw her go into the I-Yield position, then she fell off the side and down into the water. (We were pretty high up). After the battle I went through a load game door and was alone. Oh - Not another follower I began to like die! I decided to avenge her death by going back and blasting a few remaining falmer and loot the Centurion that had fallen into the water.

Well lo-and-behond Uthgerd as down at the very bottom fighting a falmer! Oh the joy! She lives!

Caravan Guard
Unsheathing my blood-spattered war axe after a glorious battle with an elder dragon, I knew my life had been changed forever. I was no longer a little boy frolicking along the streets in Whiterun...buying fresh apples just to take that first bite, reminding me that I was at peace. Well I am no longer that little boy. I am a man. A blood-spattered, dragon-slaying, mead-guzzling man.

:D , when I think of that perfect Skyrim moment, one encounter comes to my mind.

When I was traveling on foot to Falkreath I was struck by the sight of a bear, who had not yet noticed me. So, naturally, I slunk into sneaking position and got my Summon Familiar out.
As I got closer, I noticed my companion was complaining, -yet again- of wanting to explore a cave nearby. I turned around and waited for him to sush, seeing that stealth was an issue. I was now perched on a rock, in which, I thought was like an island. Anyways, turning back to where the bear should have been, was nothing but grass and trees. Well, by now, being on such a low level as I was, and having the roles of prey and predator reversed, I was pretty freaked-out.

Then I heard my companion, again, this time he asked "What was that?". Out of a group of trees the bear charged, and I summoned the familiar behind him. Following the familiar with my eyes, it circled the rock I was on and ran behind me. Turning around quickly, I was met face-to-face with a drooling bear-mouth. Seems like the rock-island was more like a peninsula. Now, this all happened so fast, I was so startled I yelped. I faltered, and the bear killed me.

True story.

...is not Sjadbek, he just runs him.
My favorite Skyrim moment has got to be, so far, walking into the fully-furnished Hjerim for the first time (in my Bedyrnak game). I believe I purchased the final improvements from Jorleif at the same time as actually claiming Eastmarch thaneship from Ulfric, so Calder was there too. I'm still not sure why I purchased the alchemy or enchanting improvements, as I don't really use those much (I re-enchant looted weapons that I use regularly that are already enchanted, but that's about it), but I guess the empty rooms made me feel uncomfortable.

Whoa, Whoa, Whoa! Watch the magic!
Discovering Frostflow Lighthouse and exploring it on a whim while I was trekking from Winterhold to Dawnstar. Totally glad I did. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't been there, but the collection of journal entries you can read while you explore probably set the tone for the creepiest atmosphere in the game. Make sure to explore all the rooms to read them all because they made it my favorite area to explore by far.
Don't look it up on the wiki or anything and spoil it, just go there and check it out if you haven't. If you walk from Winterhold to Dawntar or vice versa through the snow near the sea it should come up on your compass if you haven't discovered it.

Journal entries and notes as a whole are probably one of my favorite things to find in Skyrim, they're not as dry as most of the books. Most of the books are so poorly written they're kind of frustrating to read and even worse are the pretentious books where the Bethesda writers were trying too hard to make it sound "smart" like it had been written by a scholar. The journal entries and notes found in the game are much better written because they're not trying to so hard.

An epic tale of vengeance for me.
I, as my Khajiit, was in Stormcloak Windhelm when a guard turned to me and referred to me as 'cat'. He followed this up by calling me 'Khajiit'.
In reaction to this blatant show of insensitivity, I saw red. The moment he turned around, I stole all of his weapons and armour. I had embarrassed him publicly, and now it was time to embarrass everybody who associated themselves with him and his racist views. I rode for Solitude, and within the week the Civil War was over and Ulfric's head rolled around on the floor.
During the battle, I actively sought out my naked nemesis, and killed him personally. I left his body outside Candlehearth Hall, his inventory full of skooma.
