Please Help Me(thieves guild)

I got this thing on skyrim that i can't continue the thieves guild and i tried to speak to bryjov what ever his name is and he just says..Sorry Lad iv'e got important things to do will speak another time. and the leader of the thieves guild says that he is busy as well. I failed the first quest in the thieves guild and burned 4 beehives instead of 3. PLZ can someone tell me HOW TO CONTINUE THE THIEVES GUILD. please. Also i waited months for bryjnov but he still says the dame thing!!

I think that quest isn't marked as failed if you burn more than 3 hives,you only fail that part of it and according to wiki,you wont get money for it. Try to continue the quest and steal the deed in the basement safe and see if you can continue.

I failed this quest the first time I did it, I got spotted by the guards and went a bit ott with my fire spell in killing them wiping out all the bee hives in the process Maven was not best pleased. But like Laeddis said if you continue to the manor and steal the deed you should be able to proceed.
