Skyrim forums app? Or make this forums web page better for phones...

Possibly make an app for this website for phone to use or make site more phone friendly...

Troubles I'm running into...
Very laggy with typing and seems its trying to constantly load something making it lag more... Like scrolling to the side while writing message...

And very frusterating to edit posts do to how jumpy and laggy it gets... To the point u can't control it and have to wait for it to understand what ur doing... Same with typing since happening while I'm doing this...

Also zooming in and out is a real hassle too... Just seems like when opening or doing anything on this web page over phone is almost hell...

Maybe u are in process of doing something... But thought wud be nice suggestion still..

Tapatalk? What's that do? Is it an app?

Is there anything that can make over phone experience easier or better? Or is it something thats just gonna have to be dealt with...

Well Tapatalk is an app specifically made to view forums. In Tapatalk, it doesn't load up the whole forum in a browser. It has its own interface. When it works (and it does seem more stable in the current version), it is better than trying to look at the forums through a browser on a phone. You can view threads and conversations, start messages, reply to stuff and set notifications to come to your phone.

For reading and replying to posts, I've never had a problem. There have been crashes when I was replying to conversations, but since the last update, I've not had that problem.

Thanks for the advise. Once I get a iTunes card I'll be purchasing that.

So difficult and frusterating typing and seeing it go screwy and mess up a bunch.

Yeah, most phones aren't powerful enough to support our forum! Haha, the forum software plus all our addons we have uses quite a lot of resources so it's not really suitable for phone browsing. You should have got a notification when you accessed the forum asking you to get the Tapatalk app. It costs a few dollars, but in the near future we may get an app similar to Tapatalk designed for our forum and it'll be free. It costs quite a bit though, so it'll be in the near future.

My iPhone 4 has plenty of power to load this forum without tapatalk, just uses up my data more

I can load it find in opera. It's just a pain in the backside to navigate on that tiny screen.

Ah, i hate little screens :S, thats why i have the iphone, nice and big, but not nearly as big as the samsung galaxy s3

Well the screen is fine for everything else I do. And the tapatalk app gets rid of all the fluff ands makes it look like an app rather than a web page.

It'ds gotten better. Used to crash all the time for me, especially when I was typing nice long replies! Grr.

Should copy what you have typed out, so incase that happens, then you can just paste it and continue were you left off!

Yeah, I know. But it wold never let me reply again. It'd just crash. So it ended up being pointless.

A couple updates ago though, it seemed to do much better.
