Have you encountered any Mixed Race characters? I've only see a boy in Dragon Bridge who was half redguard and half nord or breton.

BQ: would you like to see the ability to play as mixed race characters in the next Elder Scrolls?

I myself have always wanted to play as a Half Imperial/ Half Redguard.

My character Leksandr is one quarter Imperial. In my imagination. :c

Yeah, my character is half Breton (maternal), half Redguard (paternal). Which I guess technically makes her triracial, because of the Breton point of mixed human and Altmer ancestry. :D I know there are also other instances of dual-race characters, I believe one of the children in Solitude has an Imperial father and Nord mother. Though I could be recalling that incorrectly. I know I have seen it though!

I remember a half-orc in Oblivion, but I do want some half and half races. However that could get difficult for the beast races.

I thought they made it where there is no "true" mixed race, as the child would just take the physical traits of the mother.

On the road south of Dragon Bridge I found a wagon that had been attacked. There was a dead redguard woman who had a journal on her. It said that her and her husband had been on their way to whiterun. There was also a dead nord male near the wagon. Possibly his parents. Not sure if thats really on topic, just thought it was interesting.

When I'm allowed to in a game, I always play a half Elf / half Human, given the fact that I'm not totally human in real life.
But then the lore police will come screaming in to announce that Bretons are the half-elves of Elder Scroll lore!

Actually, I agree with you. I think half races would be awesome. I made half-elf and half-orc races for Oblivion and people could not resist telling me about Bretons as if I didn't know already and simply wanted something a little more straightforward than a human with elven ancestry. Nobody cared about the half orcs. Guess they're not popular enough to criticize.

I once made a redguard warrior and accidently made him the lightest shade possible so I could see his facial features better, and I forgot to turn it back. I said his mother was imperial.
