Hey guys! So I'm new to this forum and wanted to see what everyone would want to see for a large dlc-sized mod. I'm hoping to bring something new into the skyrim game that everyone would love to experience including myself. I do plan on making a rivendell mod before I make this huge one. I'd like to hear your opinions about both! Thanks guys!

Yeah, unfortunately it would be extremely hard to get it out there for consoles. I normally don't play PC but I set up my game like a console while playing it on a PC so I can look into creating a huge mod.

It's really sad in my case. I still play Skyrim on PS3 even though I have a great gaming PC and even have Skyrim on it. Just can't get in to the keyboard and mouse, won't use an XBox controller and am too lazy to download the PS3 modifier for using that controller.

Still, do love my Skyrim. After a 6 month break, I'm playing it again until Dragon Age: Inquisition comes out and then Witcher (the first time for PS4!).

If you come out with the mod, I just might consider giving the PC a try though. :) Let us know how it goes!

I'm pumped for Witcher! And I use the ps3 controller hooked up with the xbox simulator. It's really easy to install and use if you ever switch.

I will do so when the time comes. Not much of a PCer myself as I use one at the office for 12 hours a day. I find it relaxing to use something as simple as a controller and my TV, but, ya never know!

VALENWOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would just love to see the giant trees, beautiful waterfalls and all that in Valenwood. Houses in giant trees? Enough said.

Second, I would say Summerset Isle (or however it's spelled). That also sounds like a beautiful place, "shrouded in mystery" as they say.

I've been seriously thinking about Valenwood, but I've yet to come up with a possible main quest. And I love wood elves, but I'd have to put the lore of their cannibalistic nature in there and that just makes them look like a bunch of weirdos lol. I have thought of the Summerset Isles as well and deffinately have the main quest thought out. Would be epic!

Well, the good news about the Green Pact is that while most of the Bosmer follow the basic laws (no using or eating plants from Valenwood) only Bosmer from small villages deep in the forest still follow the cannibal aspect of the Green Pact :) and there are groups of Bosmer now who are rejecting the Green Pact altogether. (on top of that I think the Aldmeri Dominion makes it against the law to follow the green pact. But I could be wrong about this).

I've done tons of research on the Bosmer because of my fan fic :p

Touché! I'm always a Bosmer so I would absolutely love to do Valenwood. Now I just need to get creative and think of possible main quests there lol!

Never played a Bosmer. Find them boring. Great for archery, but, other than that, meh... They do have great lore though, I'll give them that. I think it's the eyes. Plus, what's the point of controlling the animals when only the wimpiest of animals can be controlled. Do I really need bunnies or foxes attacking my enemies? Now if it was sabrecats and bears - you betcha! But I can do that with a could raise the dead spell and then I don't have to clean up after them since they turn to ash and I get their skin/teeth/claws/eyes, etc... I prefer Kynes Peace or the one you get from the shrines when you're going to High Rothgar. Then the animals just ignore you and you an leave them in peace.

I only play as Bosmer. I love their lore and how they look. I don't use any of the race abilities so I don't base what race I pick because of that. Also I normally play as a sneaky archer so Bosmer is perfect for me. On top of that, they are so short. It's adorable ^_^

I have the same excuse for always playing a Nord and never, ever a Breton. I'm all about asthetics and, while I am playing a High-elf right now, I am never satisfied with mer appearance. They just always look ugly to me. Too pointy and slanty for my taste and those ears!

Yeah. It's strange. I love Bosmers. I find every Bosmer male in the game handsome. And they are pretty much the only males in the game I find attractive. But I actually hate the way Altmers look. It's weird. I actually like the pointed look the Bosmers have. But everyone has different likes and tastes. :)

Hmmm... thinking about main quests for Valenwood. You could create some little rebellion going on in Valenwood for whatever reason.

Or perhaps you could create a giant mystery. Like something horrifying happened to a wood elf family, but make it really intense and complex.

Or maybe for some reason the land of Valenwood is dying. Like the giant trees and whatnot are all slowly dying but no one knows why. You could create a couple beautiful places and them some places that are rotting. It would be your big quest to find out why and try to stop it.

Or you could throw in a Daedric Prince that is terrorizing the land, and at the end of the quest, you come face to face with this Daedric Prince.

Still thinking of stuff, but that's what I could come up with so far.
