who do u think is the nuttiest person in Skyrim I want to know ur opinions to me its Sheogorath followed by Cicero but I wanna know ur ideas :D

Gigapact

Lollygagging Milk Drinker (according to guards)
1. My character. (No one else is a dragon-slaying, priest-eating, soul-stealing, master thief/assassin, necromancing cannibalizing psychopathic asshole who beats down dragons with her fists) :D

2. Cicero.... have him as a follower and just listen to his dialogue and you'll be a full believer.

3. Sheogorath, well he's simply the prince of madness so.

4. The random person that you find running around talking madness to himself. If you kill him you can loot a note that's also quite odd. Sheogorath made him this way I believe.

5. This mage I encountered in Solstheim. Very random. He was just walking around and was 100% certain that his new spell could make him fly. Well.... once he cast it... he flew up way high in the air and then just came falling to his doom.

6. Harkon from Dawnguard DLC. He's just way consumed with his power and totally delusional in my opinion.

7. Ancano well... we all know why on that one.

8. Last, but not least, Alduin.

Clearly the dragonborn and only the dragonborn, if anything all the other crazies are just 'normal'.

That guy in the Thalmor Embassy quest who tries to hit on the barmaid giving drinks is pretty nutty and has a few screws loose, though thats one of the funniest quests to do purely because of him.

Tolfdir finds everything "Simply Fascinating!"

Cicero probably the most craziest though, when you're oiling a dead corpse on a daily basis and calling her "Sweet Night Mother" you may want to consider therapy!

Isn't it weird that Tolfidir says that even when we're being attacked by Drauger after Drauger? I wonder why he only uses flames as well and, beyond that, if I'm a new, novice student and he KNOWS that there are dangerous undead wandering about Sarthaal, why on Nirn does he send poor me off on my own so he can look at some old corpse cases? Moreover, how did he manage to catch up so quickly to me when we rejoin? Was he actually following me about 20 feet back and watching me struggle through the walking bonebags? Maybe it was a test or maybe he's just an old sadist in the disguise of a wise old man. ?????

Re Cicero - crazy? Nah. I've been doing the same thing for years. That is therapy. :)

Oh that guy.

Well, his journal is a dead giveaway regarding his mental state.

I will eat the book. A page at a time. Slowly. Slowly. I will become one with the knowledge contained on its pages. In its pages. In me!

Hate that guy. Even more than Nazeem. He's rude, arrogant and his loyalty is pretty much nonexistent. And the way he talks to that Bosmer girl, ugh! "There's a likely-looking filly. Even if she is an elf. You there! Serving girl! What's your name, dear? I just wanted to get a better look at you. I like what I see, my dear. And believe me, I don't say that to everyone. I'm very discriminating when it comes to the female form."

My elf would love to have a little chat with him some time. Meh. No point in wasting time talking to scumbags. Like his sister says, he's nothing more than a pompous little fop.

Nuuuuuu. Not Movarth Piquine, he's too awesome as a thrall to be put to shame by such a fetish, he likes his stylish shoes! Lol.

I'm going to nominate Arondil as I believe necrophilia is ample proof of nuttiness. That psycho really upset me my first playthrough. Reading someone's mental descent from fantasiser to necrophiliac is psycho enough without the added trauma of them catching sight of your female PC and exclaiming in delight: "Ah! Another plaything for my collection!" before trying to attack her.

And then after he's dead and you think the horror is over you walk into his bedroom and find a ghost in his bed with red mountain flowers scattered on and around it.

Oh, man! I forgot about that guy! Creepy psycho, that one is!

Mr Forz

I'm helping. Mostly.
It is strange that nobody mentioned Calixto.

Why? What's wrong with an obsession with your sister and doing a little patchwork crafting project because you miss her?

Also that Hamelyn guy just chillin' with Mr Skeevers and Frostbite Spidey below Honningbrew Meadery, he made good friends!
