M'aiq the Liar is a character you encounter in oblivion and skyrim. One of the things he says in Oblivion is "M'aiq has seen dragons. Perhaps you will see dragons." M'aiq is hinting at Skyrim, and is therefore a Time Traveller.

hes been their in Morrowind and daggerfell i think but he compares the current game to the one before it and hints on future games

I also wonder if his companion would be one of those Cat Nuns. I'd take the one from the traffic jam episode.

That's okay lol. Just, when I saw the thing about M'aiq being a Time Traveler that's all I could think of. Maybe I've been watching to much of that show and reading to many memes lmao.
