What are some worst quest or quest line you've done? I mean quest you don't like.

I don't really care much for the thieves guild quest. It's boring in my opinion but I do occasionally
do that guest line to increase my levels. I also don't care much for the dark brotherhood quest line
either, I get caught a lot because I'm not a very good assassin lol. But again I do that quest line to increase my levels.

Thieves' Guild and Dark Brotherhood, definitely. If they didn't have associated achievements, I would never do them.

Don't ask me about collecting red nirnroot in blackreach.. What a chore. Never doing that again.

Thieves Guild quest-line was pretty lame, so I'm now the leader because I was a bystander to betrayal and got sucked into it.

Dark Brotherhood was virtually the same but at least I got a cool horse out of the deal so that makes it not quite as bad. Why is it that the one person I'd like to have follow along on a hit the most (Babette) is the one I can't have as a follower? I know it's a limitation of the whole child character designation but it would be cool to use her to get close to a target and then kill them.

Yeah they are kind off the same. I've kinda noticed that too.
Lol babette would rather be good follower btw.

For me, without a doubt, the Mehrunes Razor quests. Just boring to me and the reward isn't that great. Is it any wonder I always kill the giver. :) Frankly the Troll at the Shrine is more fun as are the bandits at the Lord Stone.

For me it was "Lets play TAG!" with the children in solitude, I mean, THERES NOT EVEN A REWARD!
Not even a sweetroll

Pretty much any of the side quests in the soul cairne. Ugh. I get turned around so much in that place. It's impossible for me to figure out where I am.

The razor allowed my vampire to kill alduin at the top of the throat of the world -- during the day. Nice thing about daggers, you hit alot to get the 2% instant kill.

When in doubt, follow the fox.
Blood on the Ice in Windhelm is the absolute worst quest ever. BLECH. Pointless. I also don't like the Dark Brotherhood, because I don't like playing fetch for Astrid. "Go here." "Now go there." Rinse, repeat. I'm nobody's errand boy. That's also the part I don't like about the Thieves guild. All that fast travel just to TALK TO SOMEONE? Come on.

In fact, anytime I'm going here, then there, then here, then there, JUST TO TALK TO SOMEONE, I get really annoyed.

Of course that's pretty standard for TES games. I seem to remember a bunch of those in Oblivion as well.

I actually liked Blood on the Ice more than most of the Skyrim quests, which seem to be made up of "go to this location and kill a random/steal an item".

My least favorite questline was Dawnguard, by far.....

Lame story, lame vampires taking out important shop owners until you are forced to go all the way through the lame plot, lame outcome after it's over - which doesn't make much of a difference in the game at all - no matter which side you take....

Just lame all the way around.

EDIT: Actually the only things that were cool about the Dawnguard quest were the locations. Castle Volkihar, The Hidden Vale and the Soul Cairn. I wish they could have taken those locations and put them in the game in some other questline.

By the Maker I hate that dog! I do everything I can to avoid that mutt. When I played my Oblivion Walker character I cringed the entire time doing that quest.

Also Blackreach.. hate that place. Did the Crimson Nirnroot quest..once. My strategy for Blackreach is... RUN.....Stop to shout at the orb..kill lazy dragon, then... RUN....

I think the mission for the Thieves Guild quest when you go after Mercer Frey is very tedious as well. But I still do it. I want that skeleton key dammit!

Thieves Guild - hands down. It just pisses me off. I don't want to lead those useless, whiny layabouts. Why can't I kill Karliah instead of selling my soul? And I want Mercer as a partner in my travels dammit!

Harkin

Necromatic Mastermind
Mercer stays with u on the mission you join him in the search for Karliah, u just wait till he opens the dungeon door, but dont go in. At this point he'll never leave ur side. Leaving the quest unfinished will mean u get mercer frey, an unkillable follower, but no Nightingale armour, etc.
