Thought I already replied to this but it looks like I haven't, so. I just gotta say since when does race even factor into a court trial? That's racism. It's supposed to be whether you're guilty or not that you're tried on, not your ethnic background. Christ.
I myself am mixed - half Puerto Rican and half Caucasian and have been mistreated because of it so this is is a bit of a sore spot for me. Apologies for the rant but I still think they shouldn't be deciding how to try her based on race. Is this in America or somewhere else?
