Bethesda has neither confirmed nor denied at this point that they will be continuing the series. But in all likelihood there will probably be a VI. TES is too awesome (and profitable) not to continue.Skyrim is my first TES game and I. love. it.
Will there be another one, even though they are like 4 years apart?
Are they concerned with money? Because financial greed has caused the downfall of several companies: Infinity Ward, Treyarch, EA, etc.Bethesda has neither confirmed nor denied at this point that they will be continuing the series. Infinity Ward and Treyarch were not greedy and might not have continued COD in the way that they do if it werent for Activison who is greedy. Are they concerned with money? Because financial greed has caused the downfall of several companies: Infinity Ward, Treyarch, EA, etc.
No no no I'm not saying they're greedy. I'm saying they are a company. Yes it is an amazing game that has developed a massive fan base at this point BUT in the end Bethesda softworks is still a company and as such is looking to make a profit off of a service/merchandise. TES is arguably they're most profitable merchandise. Are they concerned with money? Because financial greed has caused the downfall of several companies: Infinity Ward, Treyarch, EA, etc.
Curse you Activision. >:O Ruined WoW for me.Infinity Ward and Treyarch were not greedy and might not have continued COD in the way that they do if it werent for Activison who is greedy.
Yes, sorry I meant Activision. It is, after all, the owner of both those companies.Infinity Ward and Treyarch were not greedy and might not have continued COD in the way that they do if it werent for Activison who is greedy.
No doubt. They put everything into their games and the reward they get is the one they completely deserve. No no no I'm not saying they're greedy. I'm saying they are a company. How so?Curse you Activision. >:O Ruined WoW for me.
I'm pretty sure Bethesda is not planning any MMO. If they are, this has got to be the worst gaming news I ever heard... :[ Not that I have anything against MMO. Just think that TES universe and games should just stick with single-player experience. Look at World of Warcraft. That MMO completely annihilated Warcraft lore. I don't want the same thing happen to TES...Well there is always the TES MMO that Bethesda was supposedly working on about 4 years back....
Made everything more 'conveniently accessible'.How so?
Lol no I'm sorry that was a bad joke. At one point right after Oblivion there was an interview with Bethesda's VP of marketing where he briefly "entertained" the thought of a MMO. It blew up into a huge rumor storm. Never going to happen.....i hopeI'm pretty sure Bethesda is not planning any MMO. oh boy, I am relieved. I knew there was some rumor about it and I never suspected that MMO would ever come for TES but you never know ~_~ I know there are some people who want TES to have some form of multiplayer feature which I find all too silly.Lol no I'm sorry that was a bad joke. You're probably right. We're typically getting a TES turn around of about 4-6 years which is about how long we should have to wait until the next gen of consoles. Oh goody, how I cherish the thought of having to spend hundreds of dollars more to play the next TES game. Well worth it though.I heard a quote from one of the developers they we're seriously considering on holding Skyrim off until the next gen console's arrive. So I think it's a safe bet we won't see it until the next generation cycle.
