But also pies... I love pies :p

Gigapact

Lollygagging Milk Drinker (according to guards)
Aside from the usual money and gems and all that to sell, I like to collect Daedric books, books on all things mystical and dark like werewolves and vampires, Daedric artifacts, Dragon Priest masks, and for some reason, every time i find some kind of live creature in a glass jar, like a butterfly or something, I must keep it. They become all my little pets.

I also collect any named special weapon or armor or anything, like "The axe of Whiterun" or "so and so's sword" or "Pale Blade" etc etc etc, even if they're weak and I'll never use them.

SKulls, Bloody Rags, Wine Bottles, and Books. I ran out of bookshelf space in honeyside so my bed is scattered with books and wine bottles... basement is scattered with skulls and bloody rags and I took the torture devices from fort dawnguard.. Serana even noted that my basement made her feel uncomfortable.. wasn't sure if it was my collection or if it were my children who brought about this statement... tee-hee

Naginata

Huntress of the Shadows
In addition to health potion obsession, I too enjoy collecting alchemy ingredients, and I hoard them obsessively. :D

How do you backstab a Dragon?

I mean, honestly, do I really need 500 nirnroots (I'm exaggerating, there aren't that many in the game of course) and what am I going to do with the 2,000 invisibility potions I've created that are worth 1K each that no one will ever have enough coin to pay for and I can't possibly use since I already have the spell anyhow. And gems. Sheesh - do I really need 100 flawless rubies? I don't even make jewelry!

Jewels

POTATO
My Nord named Sméagol (Lord of the Ringzz!) collects enchanted weapons and gear. She also searches madly for daedra hearts because she likes to sale the daedric armor and weapons she smiths.
Also I REALLY like to get those unusual gems and rare clothes.
(I want Greybeard clothes sooooooooooooooo bad!)
I just drop stuff like the Archmage robes and Noble clothes and wedding dress, because those don't look good on my character, and they don't sell much. I only keep the jester clothes (though I didn't kill Cicero, I just found a full set in the Dawnstar Sanctuary) and boy do I love that daedric armor and displaying them on mannequins!!

I also like to go feudal Japan style and collect the helmets/heads of each Stormcloak I happen to "cross" by. :D

Mewness

Trans-Neptunian Object
I think I've already said this somewhere else, but the one unifying trait among all of my characters is that they collect centurion dynamo cores and display them in their houses. Because apparently I am a complete wanker.

I do that too! There's always at least one somewhere in my house. Because come on! They're so cool to spin around in my inventory. You would think Calcemo would want one but noooooo, he's only interested in taking my dwarven arrows away.

Loren

Dragon Priestess
Books. I fill every bookshelf with them. Any time books are available, I grab them. I've got several hundred in my inventory (I crafted a fortify carry weight ring a while back that gives me about 250,000,000 points of carry weight. . .thanks, Restoration Loops!).

My personal favorites are The Windhelm Letters, Immortal Blood, and A Dance In Fire.

I love A Dance In Fire and An Argonian Account. My favorite books in game. Both about the same Imperial man :)

Weapons , armor, books, gems, jewelry, money and scrolls. Oh and potions - anything that isn't a stamina potion. I'm quite ridiculous with it really, i'm currently level 45 yet still go out of my way to find these items in every single area I go through. I'll spot 3 gold coins on a table and go to pick them up even though I have 80k gold already with nothing to spend it on.

All my houses are chock full of various armors and weapons ( I even have to pick up elven & dwarven stuff, despite being able to craft all the better weapons ), keep telling myself i'll sell them but never do....because 1) I don't need the money and 2) I don't have master trader so only the fences can buy the expensive stuff off me anyway. Another excuse I keep telling myself is that i'll kit out all followers in great gear to make them tougher....but then I remember I never use followers.

Everytime I find poison or a scroll i'm like ''oooo i'll use that in my next fight'' but of course I never do. I simply HAVE to have true shot potions even though I can kill most stuff with a one-shot sneak attack anyway.

The gems and jewellery, much like the weapons I always intend to sell them but don't.

As for books I never used to bother with them but I lately I find myself picking up every one I see - even if I know I already have it somewhere - then I spend half my time travelling to all my houses to find one with shelf space. I just hope I don't start wanting to put them all in alphabetical order....

I annoy myself with this behaviour

I declare this a winner! It is the epitamy of what every person in TES does, put all into words!
Well done:D
