Gigapact

Lollygagging Milk Drinker (according to guards)
Female: Hroki. She's hot and she has those Tavern clothes, plus her face is pretty to boot. And of course, Serana as well.

Male: Nelecar, hands down. I like his voice, and I love that he's really tall since most of my female characters are high elves. I hate when my female high elves marry men because I'm always towering over them, so all of my female characters are lesbian :p Plus for a high elf, Nelecar isn't half bad looking.

Daryl Dixon

Absentee
Serana. She's my favourite companion/follower and the most interesting in my opinion, plus she's a vampire lord so she won't die of old age.

It's so clear that Serana would be my first choice. I am on console, and can't put in any commands or mods to do it. Serana is my favorite character in the game anyway. I've said before I think we go more in-depth with her then anyone else in the game. Plus I like a lot of vampire stories, and she is a gorgeous one!

Secondary choices I would consider include Astrid, Karliah, Alva and Delphine.

Jader

The Mystic Marksman
You are now officially my
You are now officially my sister from another mister. ;)
And yeah, ever since I met Sheo and Cicero, I had this crazy fondness of random crazy ppl. Unfortunately, it seems that no ppl of that sort are candidates for marriage. The closest are stupid drunk ppl. =( even though that type is kinda charming to me....
We should totally role play later!

I've always had a fondness of crazy people, most likely because I myself am pretty insane xP

Sanity is boring and overrated, insanity makes life interesting(in strange new ways too perhaps)

I have Skyrim on PC (as well as console). so I CAN marry anyone. :p

In all seriousness, though, I'd say that Teldryn Sero, Neloth, and Rune (from the Thieves Guild) should have been marriageable by default. I've used mods to wed people otherwise resistant to the idea, but I certainly think that there are some who should have been potential spouses from the outset. I actually went ahead and married Rune on my first PC playthrough, because modding is wonderful.

Just marry Eric the Slayer or Ysolda and you'll be happy. Eric is a great companion without being mouthy and Ysolda can keep you supplied with drugs.

My redguard berserker, Shian would totally marry Ulfric.

She's in Skyrim for a few reasons. Firstly, She's a warrior and there's war to be had in Skyrim. Secondly, she feels a kinship with the nords. Though the Redguards of Hammerfel and the The Nords of Skyrim have warred in the past, they have proven themselves to be honorable warriors and worthy foes. She respects them. Like The Nords, her people were also abandoned by The Empire. The terms of the White Gold Concordant ceded all of southern Hammerfel to the elves.

When the valiant redguard united and continued to fight The Dominion, the imperial cowards dropped Hammerfel like a lizard drops its tail to escape a hawk. Did they roll over and die? Do they live now in chains? No. They fought. They drove the elves back.

She believes that the Nords could look to her people for inspiration. For courage. For confirmation that their path to independence is just and correct. Free men standing together can accomplish anything. Skyrim and Hammerfel, free from the shackles of a decaying empire, would stand side by side.

Their union would set the foundation for an alliance between Redguard and Nord!

Etienne Rarnis, Vekel the man (a dialogue could open where you convince him to leave Tonilia because you did a quest were you saw her riding Brynjolf), Ulfirc, Harkon, Serana, Sapphire.. or Captain Aldis (though I assume he'd have a speech about his job being his life and soldiers make widows :/ but by the gods he is a fine piece of man meat for whom I pine.)

Ingun Black-Briar, after all of that ingredient hunt, you should be able to marry her. It's a bigger task than at least half of the characters who you can marry.

ZeroDragon

Bring me my broadsword, and clear understanding.
Of the unmarriable ones - I couldn't believe I couldn't marry Ingun Black-Briar.
There's the obligatory Serana, whose voice and dialogue would suit more than any other but she comes across as a tease so she's sitting on a hard bench at her "home".
Hroki - again, I think someone at Bethesda is laughing that so many first choices for marriage are unavailable.
Karliah - I could chase her around all day long.

I am on PC so I could add them to the marriage faction, but it depends if they pick up a decent dialogue if any at all.
Because I'm on PC - my current character is married to Sylgja who is wearing the tavern clothes.

Looks-wise, Ulfberth War-Bear from Whiterun. Dayum, that is a gorgeous man. I love his beard and his beautiful eyes. <3 Or Brynjolf, mostly just because DAT VOICE DOE!

Personality-wise.... I dunno  I do like Cicero's personality, but I find his voice to be obnoxious.
I do like Bryn, cuz of that SWEET Scottish accent! "Aye, colored me impressed, lass!"
I love that line.... <3

Aye, our accent rocks :p
I'd say the woman who sweeps the inn and voices her surprise at a handsome guy in her city. Falkreath, is it? Or the Black Briar alchemist. Or the Dibellan priestess, because you know they're dirty as hell.

General Charles Xander

General of the 11th Imperial Legion
If she was still alive, my #1 choice would have to Katria from "Lost To The Ages". She seems so thoughtful, kind, and yet still maintains focus on the goal ahead. To bad shes...gone...
:p

Oh how I wish I could marry Karliah as well, quite the nice accent. Many wish to marry Serana, I also married Sylgja in my Imperial run but because I am not on PC, she remains in her Miner clothing. When I decided to marry her, I went to her home, she wasn't around, I waited, still didn't show up, I went into the mine, inside her home, around the village... nowhere!!! WTF?! So I continued playing for a few more hours before returning and finally she returned.

What bothers me is - No Khajiit or Bosmer to be married... what gives? My Khajiit has to marry cross species?? It's easier to accept Mer with another kind of Mer given similar backgrounds but really??? Can't you marry ONE Argonian but you can't marry any Khajiit?

I love Mers! They are so sexy.

Faendal is my first love in the game and honestly the only one I could really see myself married to. And I downloaded a mod recently so I am married to him. I love his voice. It's my favorite. Also he's a total badass now with his enchanted gear I gave him and that I made him level 38 with 400+ hp. He took out every Thalmor in northwatch TOWer before I could finish killing one. Also he just looks so good in dragonbone armor. <3

My other one I would love to marry is Erandur. Again. Sexy. Especially when I give him a helmet and he takes off his clothes. ;) And his personality is so awesome!

Female wise I would want Karliah. She's so sexy and that voice is amazing.

I just haven't been interested in Nords or any of the other races (Maybe Macurio). The nord men always seemed more like big brothers to me.
