Looking for "Certain Items"

I cant find some Items my Sister got on Skyrim Leggit. (Leggit? Or Legiet?) She's got them without murder, killing or stealing or even using the testing hall with everysingle item. Items are Tavern Clothes. Falmer Armour. And the Notched Pickaxe. Replies with the areas and places and how to get them would be great. Pics would of the places would be great!

falmer armor can be looted or found in dwemer ruins.

tavern clothing can be found or looted by corpses. if you do the jarl's quests in morthal and follow them to become thane... you'll get a pair.

So i can get a pair, without killing or stealing if i do the quests for the Jarl of Morthal?
