If an Argonian became Jarl of a city....

I'd imagine all hell would break loose, especially if the guards were replaced with Argonians. Nords and Elves would be treated badly, there rights would be taken away. Dark Elves would probably be killed or enslaved. All Argonians would be protected and would get away with any crimes.

There would be riots, brawls and the city would be wrecked as well.

What do you think?

Could you imagine an Argonian Jarl in Windhelm? Argonian uprising!

I always feel so bad for the Argonians there, I wish Ulfric wasn't such a fluffball to them.

Not likely it would happen tho not impossible I guess. Depends on the person and the hold in question. One might make it okay in Riften but likely not in Windhelm.
