Am I the only one thinks the elder scroll vampire stages is a bit backward? Vampire abilities are gained without feeding. I think it would make more sense if you start out as a well fed stage 4 vampire, without feeding you start to loose power and take more damage. When I did my vampire play though,I spend most of my time dungeon cawing. I believe by reserving the vamperism stage, it will enhance the role play for it force you to go in to town to feed to stay at level 4.

I will not tolerate failure...
In my game I get stronger as I feed but that's the beauty of "better Vampires"

you are a pc guy, aren't you?
Yeah..Is it that obvious? at one point however I did like the Vanilla feeding method even if it was a bit strange but i came to realize how bad it was you see its is weird how in the non-modded game you get weaker as you feed in human form however you need to absorb lifeblood to make the Vampire Lord stronger by feeding in VL form or blasting enemies with bloodbombs all day..I just don't understand that at all seems feeding in human form makes you weak but feeding in VL form makes you strong WTF? and by the way in the Mod stage 1 is fully fed and stage 4 is blood starved apprantly it was easier to change that then make stage 4 the strong stage

Thats why when i recently started playing again, i went out and bought the legendary edition for pc, pc games are rather cheap imo, but i know its not everyone who just has money lying around.

My main reason for buying it for PC was to mod away randomly spawned dragons, now they're far rarer to encounter in the wild.
On my xbox it had gotten so bad that i couldnt walk for 2 minutes without running into one, and when playing on master (didnt have any dlc on xbox) it could easily take a couple minutes to take one down.

The damn game glitched out on me on my first try. The stupid lock in Bleak Fall Barrow will not move. I end up gave up the quest and start to wandering around skyrim. Since I didnt get to fight the dragon, for a while I thought the Fus Ra Da thingie from the commercial was destruction spell.

Thats the plan, instead of buying a new console, i am going to save up some money for a decent gaming pc

that what I did I heard about Mods so out of a twisted turn of fate I ended up with a PC so I got it

Dark Lord of Skyrim
Yeah, it is a bit weird. I always felt it would have been better the other way around. However, that all changed when I got a gaming PC and modded the hell out of Skyrim. My Vampire Lord was flying! I turned all of the city guards into vampires. I got stronger as I fed. It was a sad day when my PC died. I have since purchased the legendary edition on PS3.

I agree I wanted to play a vampire role play but the feeding system wasn't realistic and I quickly restarted and went to the battle mage/ bandit hunter playthrough I play now

I used to roll my eyes at "PC is the master race" but after watching skyrim role plays on you tube for the PC I want to build my own and start playing it on te PC looks like a much better time with more options

Well my issue is vampire lord, i tried it shortly on an alternate character, and then realised i was too fat to fit through most doors!

"Mwaaah! i'm coming to eat you!!...as soon as i slim down a bit, maybe some of all these advertisements on the skyrim forum can help with that."

My take is that a well fed vampire is the 'most human'. Normal in appearance and power. As you starve you get stronger, etc... I would have loved it if at stage 4 you looked like a drauger!
