Been a while since I posted anything here. This was taken last Saturday. My first powerlifting meet.

That looks heavy, where are your steel cap boots  ???

While I don't compete, allow me to chime in. I wear Vibram Five-Finger shoes when I lift. I do the Stronglifts workout: Squats, Bench, Deadlift, Bent-over Row & Standing Overhead Press. I have found, and read, that lifting in flat-soled shoes, or barefoot is better when going heavy. The padding in most sneakers can mess with your balance. When you are lifting light weight, it is not as apparent as when squatting or dead-lifting heavy weights.

Mr Forz

I'm helping. Mostly.
Well. I suppose it was bound to happen. Only one person in these forums knew my face.
Taken midweek, slightly tired as I mostly spend my studying days telling the rest of my project team what to do and how to do it. I look messy though. ._.

Wow, double overhand grip as well. A hearty well done to you, sir!

My best is 405 5x, but I had to use alternating hands.....

Thanks! I'm using mixed grip though. Most I got up using double overhand was 365. With double overhand, the bar tends to roll in my hands as I up the weight. Mixed grip helps lock the bar in place for me.

405 for 5 is good bro!

For a bunch of Skyrim nerds, there are some really good looking people in these forums  Yes Im talking to you Imp (the Imp Spawn is cute!) and Trenz and Docta and Medea and Mono and Ms. Auditore and Janus and ma Kinswoman and iPag and thats all I can think of off the top of ma head :p Tis crazy and slightly unexpected!

And yes I am comfortable enough in my sexuality to call a dude good looking

You'll rethink that statement after I've not had a shower in 3 days LOL
Meh, what's a little funk?

Out of curiosity, how much are you attempting to deadlift?

Been a while since I posted anything here. This was taken last Saturday. My first powerlifting meet.

440.7 lbs. Got it up too.

Went 9 for 9. My Best Squat was 391.2 lbs. Best Bench, 270 lbs. Combine the Deadlift and I got a 1101.9 lbs total which helped me get second place in the 165 weight class.
Jesus Christ. I'd be lookin for the hydraulic jack.
