Khajiit / Argonian werewolves freak me out

Does any one else have problems playing one of the beast-races and also being a werewolf (or even a vampire lord for that matter)? A cat or reptile turning into a wolf-monster just seems off to me, for obvious reasons. I actually have trouble playing these scenerios.

What do you guys think?

I'd prefer Werecrocs and Weresabrecats for the Beast races. Werewolf Argonian is so derp.

do their werewolf forms look any different from the human werewolves? I'm playing a khajit now, but I don't plan on doing the companion missions just yet.

Yeah I know exactly what you mean. A reptile changing into a mammal is just weird. I mean we are still talking about some hardcore science fiction either way, but crossing that line makes it a bit too far-fetched. And the Khajit deal is strange because they are already man-beast, it's like what's the point? lol

I think it would be awesome if in the future all races get thier own seperate Werebeast form. Something thats sorta based on what region they are from. Khajiits could become some sort of beastial cat, Argonians a were croc, Nords would stay wolves, Altmer could be werebutterflies (cause they are lame) etc

I made a werekitty to see where I felt on that subject. If nothing else its funny. Plus you can kill all the people who call you beast or cat and hand ther spines over to the mighty khajiit overlords. The merchants.

I was kidding about the merchants, but now I can hear a certain Nord sneak thats saying "If nothing else itll be funnt to follow them around." See how I did tht? Haha.

I totally agree with you. But it is a *SPOILER!* Quest thing... The inner circle companions are all non-beast and the wolf thing is in their blood. But yeah, a giant croc Argonian or huge lion Khajiit would have been a nice bonus. I never play as 'were' as a non-human/mer character for exactly your reasons, it just doesn't feel right.

Could not agree more, despite this thread being quite dead. I feel werelions and werecrocodiles would enhance my enjoyment of Skyrim tremendously. I have an Argonian vampire, but I WILL NOT go werewolf unless I know I'm going to turn into something reptilian. Of course, on the day a patch arrives with werecrocs I will waste zero time in joining the companions...

Maybe if all of us cross our fingers at the same time, someone in Bethesda will hear our prayers...

I've come to the conclusion that these are not race exclusive forms, Hircine would not care if a Nord was turned in to A Werecrocodile, nor would he care if an Argonian became a Werelion, Khajiit with Werewolves. Sure these don't make much sense, but neither does that idea these things are Race Exclusives.

Beast Race Vampire Lords are even worse in my opinion, I mean at least with the beast blood they go from one beast to another. Go Vampire Lord form though and all of a sudden you're missing a tail :p

It would be cool and it does bother me that my Argonian looks more human as a Vampire Lord than he does as his ..well, Argonian form.
I do understand though that they didn't go over the top, but we would've liked it so much.

What bothers me most is that my nice red skin turned pale green, white-ish after becoming a vampire. It's cool to look vampire, but when it comes to skin color, I prefer it red.

Also, a questione to everyone. I was wondering if the races have different animations? Like wielding weapons, walking.. I've searched a bit on google, but I can't seem to find any specific details. Thanks!
