A wow moment. Hm, kinda hard to think right now but I'll try. Ah yes, it was the first time I drop some junk onto the street and one npc mentioned to me about littering while another two ran up to bicker over who would get it.

Little details like that wow me to no end.

I still can't quite believe this just happened.

First, you should know that I'm playing a pacifist and cannot kill anything.

So! I was making my way from Riverwood to Riften by way of the pass that runs south of the Throat of the World. I got distracted, as I do, by a barrow icon on my compass that seemed to be just past a mountain that looked like it might be traversable. So I started up the mountain, and when I got to the top, I could see the barrow: Arcwind Point.

I started towards it, but then a dragon swooped overhead, followed by a Draugr Death Overlord popping out of a coffin. I quickly hid, and watched as they battled each other, hoping against all hope that the Draugr would win so I could get another soul. After a long and tense battle between the fire-breathing dragon and the frost-breathing Draugr, the Draugr was victorious! I waited until it was safe to come out of my hiding spot, crept over to the dragon to get his soul, and then crept away.

In the meantime, a dragon perch icon had come up on my compass. I figured it belonged to the dragon that was just killed, and that I could mosy on over and get the Word. After traversing another rocky mountain, I found the perch, Autumnwatch Tower—and another dragon sleeping on top of it. Cue panic.

I cast Muffle on myself and ever so slowly crept along the mountain to the Word Wall and got the Word. And then I got cocky. I thought, "I bet I could sneak past that dragon." Not that that's ever worked for me before. But, I went for it. And I managed to sneak right beneath that dragon's wing without waking it up.

Definitely one of the most epic adventures I've ever had in Skyrim.

The fact that even after hundreds of hours of gameplay, I'm still hearing and seeing new things. It was a pretty small thing, but I was at the Sleeping Giant Inn, and I heard Camilla Valerius say "Can I have a glass of wine?" I don't know why I found it so cool, but it really felt like something her character would say.

Same here. I decided to talk to Ralof while Galmar was giving his pre-Battle of Whiterun speech, and he has unique dialogue that differs from his in-battle and post-battle dialogue. I don't know if Hadvar does, because the way the Battle of Whiterun works on the Imperial side kind of precludes talking to him before the battle.

Boy, do I have a lot to tell you guys.
- Once, I stole a steel dagger from the blacksmith in Riverwood because I was bored. A little while later, some thugs attacked me outside the Whiterun gates; I barely survived. Once I managed to kill all of them, I found the contract on one of the thugs and found it was signed by Alvor, the blacksmith I stole from. He also reffered to me as a thief in the letter. I made my way to Riverwood and killed Alvor, (and his wife accidentley) so I wouldn't get attacked again. Two real days later, my brother told me that Alvor wasn't the one who sent those thugs. I protested and brought up the contract to prove it; Alvor's signature dissapered.
- A few months later, I made a new character since I had nothing left to do in my old profile, and I was walking up a road while my brother watched me play. I ran into two heavily armed men. My brother wondered who they were, and I had no clue either. I suppose the men didn't know either, because they stared at my character blankly. I took two steps forward, then they said they were sent to teach me a lesson, and attacked. They were thugs, and apparently not very smart ones if it took them a minute to recongize their target. They didn't even have a contract on them.

- When I was doing the Blood on The Ice quest, the court wizard told me that the killer would strike in the marketplace. I went to the marketplace and waited. All of the sudden, a man pulled out a dagger and crouched behind a preistess, then stopped, turned and stared at me for a minute. He remained like that while I talked to the completley oblivous preistess. It was only 10 seconds after I stopped talking to the priestess that he stabbed her in the back and ran. I chased him through Windhelm, until a guard got in the way between me and the murderer. He tried to engage me in casual conversation while the murderer stared wide eyed at me from the other side of the guard, not moving a muscle. Why not just stick a "I did it!" glowing neon sign on your head?!

-Once, when I headed to Ivarstead for the Book of Love quest, I had to talk to Fastred's parents. The were all sitting on the same bench, and Fastred's mother was badmouthing her husband, and told me not to repeat that to her husband, while she was sitting right beside her husband!!!

- Later in the Book of Love Quest, after I just reunited the long dead lovers, as they were being lifted off into the sky, they froze in midair. They were very high up so I couldn't do anything, but suddenly, they dropped back to the earth, and when they landed, Ruki let out a "Ooooof!" noise. Then they were lifted back up into the air again, but they only got about a meter upwards until they were stuck again. I had to re load the game in order to fix it.

- After I finished the civil war quest, I was on a misson to kill the remaning stormcloaks in their camps. I fast travelled to a cave near to a stormcloak camp, and was imideatley attacked by a full party of stormcloak soliders, two ice wolves, a snow bear, a horker, a snowy sabertooth cat, and a frost dragon. It was like a antarctic winter package of pain!

-I once found a ruin with two snow bears and a snowy sabertooth cat outside, and all three attacked me at once. After a short struggle, only one snow bear was left, and once I killed him, his body started levitating off the ground and moon walked in place, with the weirdest grin I've ever seen on an animals face.

- Speaking of stupid grins, when I was at Windhelm for the final battle in the civil war, I found myself drifting off (figuritavley) during General Tullius's speech. I turned to the solider beside me, who was smiling so widely his mouth looked like the letter U and it was at least two inches across. It was creepy, to say the least.

- When I found Ivarstead for the first time, I was confronted by a bear right outside of town. After I killed it, the front half of it's body buried itself, and then the rest of what was still on the surface spun in circles, jiggled it's legs and belly and made tap dancing sounds. What can you say about that?

-When I was in Whiterun, I decided to visit the hotel. I had just started the game, and was new to Whiterun, so I didn't start the In My Time of Need quest yet. Keeping this in mind, Saadia walked up to me while I was in the kitchen and said this... "You brighten my day whenever you come around. Please take this in thanks." Then she gave me some fine clothes. If that isn't randomness, than I don't know what is! Someone please explain!

I found it highly amusing today while completing the last part of the Companion's questline, Aela and I were off battling the ghosts, but she found it necessary to go about picking up items off the tables instead of fighting with me. I had no idea followers could do that.

I was wondering why a few days ago Farkas had managed to pick up a staff marked as stolen lol.

So I just fought Mirmulnir with my archer. I was shooting arrows at him from the top of the watchtower when it suddenly cut to a killcam, following, in slow motion, the arrow's long journey from my bow at the top of the watchtower through the air to the plains below, to hit Mirmulnir square in the face and knock him over, dead. YSMIR'S BEARD. MOST EPIC DRAGON KILL I HAVE EVER HAD.

I just had a wow moment just today! I recently bought a Daedric Bow of Shock and I upgraded it as much as I possibly could. The damage level on this thing is 280+! Anyway, I found a giant that I was contracted to dispatch and was able to sneak up behind him. When I shot him in the back of the head, he literally knock him up off his feet! I wish I could of recorded it because it felt so good doing that especially after all the times I've been sent to high heaven after getting clobbered from a giant! I can only say that after it happened, It took me a moment to actually register what I actually just did!! I really love this game!

Well I must say I have had many wow moments but there are some that stand out more then others. Usable bookshelves without a mod was a good call .. certainly saves time when decorating lol. The werewolf transformation is extra impressive and with the added ability to feed on your enemy to regain health .. just excellent. Another wow factor was the hircine totems so you could change up your werewolf strategy, sure bringing animal companions with you to attack a city may not help much .. but it does look cool! First time in blackreach sure gave me an awe struck feeling. Getting keening as a weapon was nice as far as daggers go its the only one I use now. Last but not least I love that lucian is a guardian .. and his commentary is priceless.

my "wow" moment was when I shouted a crab and it flys like a bird
Shouting at chickens are pretty funny too! Just make sure that there isn't anybody around because if you shout at a chicken around other people the guards will come and attack you!

I saw a little old woman living in a shack in the forest, she seemed lovely and then i notice she had a jewled dagger clipped on to her belt, and i thought to myself...seems a bit too much ornate for a little old shack woman. I then proceeded to just hang around untill she left the house to tend her veggie patch...I snooped a round and amongst her ramshackled abode i found a trap door hidden leading underground! She had an alchemy table, and an enchanting table, all kinds of ingrediants and soul gems, and had letter on her table to her sister whom she was encouraging to leave town come live with her, and form a coven so that they can attain "power un-imaginable"

I think its just awsome that in this game shiznit klike that happens!

When i left her basement she was waiing for me! she said now that knew her secrete, i had to die! needless to say that forest is now has one less witch in it lol
Is this the cabin that is up by where you do the Golden Claw quest? I ran in to her as well but at the time I did I was only a level 3 or 4 so when she walked towards me she freaked me out so I left her alone lol! I'll have to go back there and have a little fun!

Really? Sorry, that weapon's too powerful, I need to take it and replace my bow- er, I mean-, destroy it for your own good!
I decided to go to Falkreath because it was the closest town and I was overencumbered, but my loot was too valuble to risk dropping, so I drank a strength potion and ran like a hurricane to get there before the potion wore out. (I couldn't fast travel because I never been there before)
When I got to Falkreath a dragon appeared out of nowhere and everyone shot it with arrows until it died. It died in the middle of the street and blocked the way, but the guards just walked through it, and I was like, 'LOL'. So I quickly went into the shop and sold my stuff, and as soon as I went outside to get to the dragon bones, a courier gave me a letter. The letter read, "You caused quite the stir in Falkreath today after slaying that dragon." I was completley freaking out, wondering who could have such huge connections in Falkreath that they could write a letter to me and have it delivered 2 minutes after it happened.

I'm not sure if it was the effect of one of the numerous mods I just installed or if it was an aspect of the vanilla game that I just never noticed before but...I discovered ants in Skyrim today. They were crawling all over one of the tree stumps next to Gerdur's mill, rising up out of the ground and circling the surface of the stump like a ribbon. They weren't graphic anomalies either - they were plainly animated to be actual, six-legged bugs.

Ralof: "You wouldn't believe the time I've had of it, sister. I don't remember the last time I slept."

Me: "GUYS! YOU GUYS! HOLY plops!"

Ralof: "We were ambushed outside of Darkwater Crossing. Ulfric ordered us to stop fighting. He didn't want us to die for nothing, I guess."

Me: "Ralof, get over here! Dude, have you ever seen this anywhere?!"

Ralof: "And then a dragon attacked Helgen, just as we were due to be executed!"

Gerdur: "No!"

Me: "THERE ARE ANTS! ON THIS STUMP! It's amaaaaaaaaaaaaazing..."

I then proceeded to stare at the stump for the remainder of the conversation, lulled by the hypnotic movement of its denizens. And every time I walked past that area, I felt the urge to head over there and stare some more.
