It turns out my Xbox could fit through a window, so I decided to spare it against my better judgement.
There's been a few times I've felt like testing out my PC for how much vertical lift it gets when it's a high-speed projectile.

Recent upgrades to it though hopefully will push back any actual flight testing.

I sometimes entertain the idea of "volunteering" my console and computer for a privately funded space program. Or possibly qualifying it for an exhibit in the Smithsonian. I like the sound of that... hang it right next to a P-51. Or maybe a Blackbird...

After a long quest like Forgotten Vale in Dawnguard or anything that takes a long time, I always find it nice going back to Jorrvaskr.
Even this swill that Vilkas makes that he tries to convince everyone is coffee for once doesn't taste half bad.

I somehow managed to clear Bruca's Leap Redoubt on Legendary difficulty - with SkyRe. I had again forgotten to go back to Adept after the Giant at Pelagia farm ( :p ).

Level 25, no enchants or powerful weapons/armor, no followers. On the way to BLR I accidentally aggroed two Forsworn Looters at Druadach; the archer took away half my health with just one arrow, and the dual wielder was even worse. I didn't suspect anything was wrong, though. Used quite a few potions and poisons there.

Wow.
It's a good thing I started a new game - the fire damage I took from the flames Alduin left behind after destroying the tower was insane, and so was the fall damage from jumping through the inn roof. Checked my settings, and... yeah.

I was in Dragonsreach Dungeon to visit the Alikr Warrior and decide to explore. I saw a novice locked grate behind an adept locked door, jumped through it and wandered around the sewers thinking: "Now, why was this sewer area included." Then a few corners bought me to a little grill in which I could see a chest labelled: "Prisoner belongings chest." Wow, I am discovering new things about this game after two years. That's impressive.

You have obviously never been to jail in Whitrun! Thats how you escape from your cell. You get one lockpick to get through the trapdoor, than you go get you belongings and get very far away from the city, without being seen from the city guard :)

You are quite right, I haven't. In fact I've never been to jail anywhere. I just don't feel comfortable being mean to NPCs, so I've never bothered to get the Wanted, Thief or Master Criminal achievements.

My two would have to be these:

1) On another run, during The Golden Claw (a side quest I usually do first), while the three thieves were arguing about "What if Arvel doesn't come back?", I pulled out my bow and send the woman making the argument directly to Arkay. The other two stooges felt the need to perform a forensic investigation as to why she stopped talking and fell down, rather than investigate where that arrow came from - two more arrows later and they stood beside their female companion before Arkay, probably wondering how they got there...

2) Recently, I began a knight character, based on Game of Thrones - decided to focus on One-Handed Sword, Heavy Armor, Block, and Blacksmithing.

I chose to purchase Breezehome in Whiterun.

I decided to focus specifically on the following skills:

Heavy Armor
One-Handed (specifically one-handed swords)
Block
Smithing
Restoration

I did the Companions quest-line, then went on to the main game. At level 24, I slew Alduin!

Now, I am doing left over miscellaneous quests and am about to start Dawnguard (remember: my wolf blood gives me a 100% resistance to disease.)

I love how they almost get it right. There actually was something weird that they needed to figure out. They just don't get the order of what they need to figure out first.

So close and yet so far away.

There may be no honor amongst thieves, but they do pretty much have that stupidity thing working for them, so that's something.

You know, I've been playing Skyrim since 2011 and for the first time ever I noticed bugs crawling on the ground. I was building a house near Falkreath and by chance I looked down at an old tree stump. Crawling over it were ants/termites. It's pretty cool that after all this time playing, I am making new discovers.

Just had a totally new experience. I am in Winterhold, fighting off the Magic Anomalies who are backed up by vampires and Deathhounds, and using the Dremora from Sanguine's Rose as an ally. At the end I am looting when I notice the Dremora has a broom in his hands, and is busy sweeping up the ash piles left by the dead Deathhounds.

Nice, I've not seen such behavior. My Dremora Valkynaz from Uncle Sam tends to sit down and start drinking after a battle. It's oddly fitting.

My "Wow" moment was when I went to see how to make a crossbow and as I read "Firewood" I thought ," What on earth does firewood look like, is it some flaming tree?"Just days ago I felt like an idiot when I realized what it meant.

I'm at Dead Man's Drink with yet another new character, and Delacourt just sang "Age of Aggression".

Dengeir was present, however he left pretty much the moment the song began. It seemed almost too in-character to be a coincidence...
I seriously doubt anyone (Bethesda or modders) would've scripted something like that for a single NPC, though. Which only makes it that much more of a "wow" moment. Perfect timing and all that. :beermug:

From the moment I turned on the game I was wow'd. The Helgen thing happened so fast for me cause I didn't really know what I was doing I didn't really appreciate everything. So my first really awed moment was when I came over the hill or around the bend and first laid eyes on Whiterun from a distance. It was raining and the landscape was so beautiful, the river running by and Whiterun with Dragons Reach off in the distance in the rain. I just stopped and stared for a while, thinking "this is unbelievable."

And yes the night sky with the moons and the aurora borealis is incredible. I think I am wowed to some extent every time I play. I hope I never stop being wowed by this game.

Found a horse embedded into the ground apparently following a dragon attack. That was a pretty "wow" moment for me ... Seeing the bum end of a horse sticking out of the ground...

I'll dip my cookies in your tears.
During the quest in Soul Cairn where I have to kill the three keepers, I killed the first one with a crossbow bolt kill cam to the face, then the second one I trampled to death with Arvak (undead horse, it could be a mod that enabled me to damage foes by charging at them), and the final one atop the tower, I used the shout and just threw him off the top.

Overall a pretty successful quest
