hm....what is the reason that the sound card already installed doesn't work though?

Is it damaged or did something get uninstalled to make it not work?

Are you using a laptop or a desktop?

I'm using a laptop, and I currently do not know why the sound card doesn't work. I may have installed a feature of Realtek, thinking it was a virus (sorry). But I have attempted reinstalling Realtek various times.

If you want, we can do a remote session through TeamViewer and I can figure out the problem directly.

Alright.

Once you install it then pm me the User ID and password it gives you.

Edit:
or that will work, just pm me the password it gives you.

I'll be back in a bit (should only be about an hour or two at most), and then I can finish off the last couple things.

Just got back (and much sooner than I anticipated), so just let me know what the new password is.

Edit:

I don't have any time left at the moment, so we can finish it up tomorrow, just message me and we'll work out a good time.

Let me know when, since I should be home for a few hours before I have to head out.

ah, alright, so should be 9:00 PM for me (Florida); that'll work then.

Change of plans.

I am actually going to be busy later today and all of tomorrow.

Would have to be a different day.

I just FIXED it!
The problem, for people who still have the problem, was my driver was malfunctioning with all sound audio, so I downloaded all the necessary files which needed to be updated (or Sean did for me, thank for all, mate). I shut down my laptop, re-installed my Realtek, but still didn't work.
Then, I plugged in some headphones and downloaded Realtek while they were in, and after scanning for hardware, it detected the earplugs, and told me to reboot my comp.
I did that, and voila! The sound problem is SOLVED.

HEAVY THANKS TO SEAN
He saved me, guys, give him excellent ratings.
