The mods themselves are fine, just like any other mod on any other site.
Now... might you mean "can I use the mods on the Nexus to mod my 360 copy of Skyrim"? Because yeah, you can, but it's extremely difficult and taxing, and possibly illegal in a way or two.

You can apply Nexus mods to your Xbox game. It requires you to port your profile and save file(s) to a PC and back, and requires a PC version of Skyrim to apply the changes from. I've known many people who ported their Xbox game and character data to a PC, but none who have bothered to go back to the console.
