Strange things guards do.

Is that all you got?!
Every guard asks me to sharpen their sword or something when smithing's real high. Just now I started my game, ran down to to leave Whiterun, and there's a guard pounding something on the workbench! ??? I think they can sharpen their own blades from now on, I will no longer steal their equipment and upgrade it for them...thats it. He stopped shortly after I spotted him, I guess the embarrassment was too much.

Has anything like this ever happened in anyone elses game? What are these guards up to when we're not watching?

I'm wondering if this happens to anybody else since it's happened in my game twice now: When I play the civil war quest on the Stormcloak side and after the Siege of Whiterun there are two new Stormcloak guards posted outside the city gate right? Well, both times I have played on the Stormcloak side these two guards don't stand on opposite sides of the gate like they should. No, they are standing on the same side, very close to eachother.

It's like they're butt-buddies :eek:

Sometimes the guards in Whiterun just start running around in circles then they break out their swords and put them away

Most strange thing was a stormcloak who slaughtered lots of Whiterun guards when I invaded, later he vowed to find their murderer

What's so wrong with having fur coming out of your ears anyway? Oh :oops:, maybe I should trim my ear hairs, yeah, that's not normal...is it... :D

I'm not sure if it's normal... I'm not up to date on Skyrim's latest fads. But how do people in Skyrim shave or trim anyway?

True. There IS only one razor in the whole game, and that's broken into three parts that are scattered across Skyrim! I wonder if there are any nude modders who take this into account?

I was joking about my own ears in real life. Not that I have long ear hairs, but it sounded funny at the time.

How about this, I was in Whiterun, Stormcloaks are the guards, and I started picking pockets. Whoever's pocket I picked would attack me, naturally, but what I didn't expect is the guards to start attacking them... The entire Battle-Born family now lies dead in the streets, and half the town with them. At least I won't hear Olfrid's big mouth anymore, patron of the DEAD clan Battle-Born now! :D

I need to try pickpocketing Battle-Borns in Stormcloak-occupied Whiterun now.

I see. I wasn't sure whether you meant real life or in-game, my mistake ;). Anyway now that is a funny story! I may have to try this, I get tired of Olfrid and his repetitive statement. Just goes to show the power of the dragonborn :Dovahkiin:
