Bloodline Quest bugged

Console: Xbox When I accept the gift from Lord Harkon, he tells me to hold still, and then he does nothing. He just stands there. Any way I can fix this? (P.S. I can't redownload Dawnguard because I may have license transferred it. May have. o_O)
