Really torn on this one. Can see the benefits and the opportunities for both. And the possibilities are exciting. I'd enjoy playing through as either race and they would certainly appeal to me in a playthrough as they lend themselves to the style in which I like to play.

The Stormcloaks are a legitimate response from the Nords as to what they perceive as a betrayal by the Empire.
But Ulfric has Twisted them, at times, to an extension of his own desires.
The Markarth Incident involved Manmeri Bretons... Ulfric had no remorse in scattering them. The Stormcloaks are often used little more than a vehicle for his vengeance and base desire to purge any existence of the Elves.
