Mm...The Elder Scrolls VI...can't wait for that day :D Hopefully with the introduction of new consoles in this generation Bethesda will really be fit to push the boundaries of the Elder Scrolls and release the best game yet. With all of our wonderful ideas here included of course ;)- Navare

As for the story of why we meet in Whiterun, up to you guys. :p I think the easiest explanation would be that it was rumoured to be a stronghold, though that is no longer the case, as the deadra took it as well.
