Xbox One Black Screen after reading Black Book:

So, I just fast-travelled to Solstheim, not for the first time with this character, and straight away before the black screen you get faded away opened a Black Book, Filament and Filigree. Everything worked as normal, I was taken to Apocrypha, where I then died quickly and was taken back to...
