    no, but it will be a little bit harder to get to for a little bit after the quest, BUT become thane in all 9 holds first, for some jarls will hate you and wont give you thaneship afterward

    well hello again.... so, there is 2 sides the imperials and the stormcloaks, the imperials are ran by general tullius and the stormcloaks are ran by ulfric stormcloak and glamour (I think) stone-fist (not so sure on the first name but positive on the last name) I have never been on the imperials...
