    No, Dragon Priests turn to ash when you've killed them.

    On my One-Handed/Shield character, I level Health and Stamina evenly until I have 250 Stamina, then I go pure Health. A Two-Handed character should get more health, since their block won't be as effective as a Shield user.

    The ability to create your own children through the same screen you started your character. The ability to let them follow you, do whatever you want them to do ( incl. killing, stealing etc. ). Level them up like you level up, give them perks, magic. Awesome ( enchanted ) clothing, weapons...

    Yes, Rayya will stay in your house. If you do not have Lydia as your steward, she will wait in the Dragonsreach.

    "At level 30+ monsters, they're dropping 10-12 damage 1 handers?" It shows low damage because you probably do not have any perks in the One Handed perk tree.
