    Bosmer Race?

    I'm looking at some character builds on a 3rd party site and in one build it recommends Bosmer race for an assassin build. I don't even have this option... am I missing some DLC or something? I have Dawnguard which is the only DLC I see besides Hearthfire.

    What happened to the chance to tweak you character at the start?

    I could have sworn once you exit Helgen you used to have a chance to make last minute changes to your character and at this point make your "golden save" so you can come back to this save game and avoid the tedious intro.
