What are the exact affects of Dragon Aspect?
I know that the game says they boost armor/weapon damage/shout powers, but to what exact extent? As for shout powers, how do it make them more powerful? Would unrelenting force do more damage, or propel enemies farther away, or both? Would using the disarming shout affect even higher leveled...- Sarcron
