even though I've watched the videos, my guy does get a big shout out (at ground as instructed) but the dragon still refuses to show up. How do I get this fixed?- Tolkyyn

PC Serana Bug
Serana for me helps to kill something then stands frozen, won't talk, won't follow. I have to entirely leave the castle and go back to the landing behind the castle for her to appear and act normally. It's taking me hours to get through the stupid quest.- Tolkyyn

I've killed the Dragon to get Bend Will multiple times (from reloads) and Miraak appears and steals the soul every time. How do I prevent that?
