    Well, if the fan inside the box is clogged, then nothing will help :-) Just open it and use a hoover to clean it. Works fine here on my computers. :-)

    Archery is absolutely great!!! I play a sneaky cat, and archery is my main weapon! So far I must say Skyrim has more bugs than Oblivion and Morrowind. This one is particularly strange. Just glad I had an old save - however, I wonder what will happen when I resume the companions quests...

    Well, I am not sure if there is a way out of this without using an earlier save. I can tell you that I simply tried to end the quest via the console by using setstage CR12 20, which essentially lets me have the totem without looking for it. I then went to the undergrove and closed the quest...

    I went back to an earlier save, and now it works again. It looks like the error occurred when I started looking for the second totem. I went back to an earlier save BEFORE starting the second totem, but after retrieving the first. Now everything works fine again. I will abandon the companions...

    I can confirm this bug. Started when I did the "Totems of Hircine" quest. Now, the game freezes whenever I fire an arrow, and needs to be restarted. I am level 44. I will try going back to an earlier save.

    I can also confirm that dropping all your gear (except the quest items, naturally), will get you through. I just did so (you can stuff all your items into the barrel at the foot of the stairs leading up to the bug, you can pick them up again later). Looks like transforming all these items clogs...

    I can confirm this bug - I play on a MacBook Pro using Windows 7 Professional, and my game freezes every time. I got 8 GB of RAM and an Intel i7 CPU, so this shouldn't happen. By the way, this is my first crash - never had this before.
