    so many abilities and I dont know where to start?

    It is particulary hard to train all the skills to level 100, but it is possible. So i would suggest to train skills suck as enchanting, alchemy, pickpcoket and smithing in order to level up your character. Then, save the perks after you level up to get better perks for the skilll you want. If...

    I have the same exact glitch, it gets really annoying. But, i think i read somewhere if you sneak into the Temple of Talos, two guards will be discussing something about a priest. After they finish their converfsation you should be able to bribe the guards to leave you alone. That might solve...

    Stolen Main Weapon

    I don't believe so, but i know storing the item won't work. There are many fences for the thieves guild (Riften) or if you have a high enough Speech skill and the perk, you can sell it to a store you invested in.
