That's what I'm saying, You mine it 3 times. instead of twice. After you get the first stack, stop mining, and start again. I've gotten 3 ebony ore from 1 vein doing this.- Thatguywithaface

I have to tell you that your problem with the display case is being worked on. those and weapon racks are having problems keeping items. such as in Breezehome, in Whiterun. you can place a statue of Dibella on the ground, drag it over to a table and set it up real nice. A good thing to do, If you use heavy armor like me, is grab the steed stone. That way your armor doesn't slow you down, letting you be fast for those get-a-way battles. It's just getting used to the game. Think of how many times you've loaded other areas. As soon as you load the main world it gets to be a shorter load screen. Mine is almost instant. But the rendering of your new home is new to your game client. So it will take a few moments for it to remember...- Thatguywithaface

I do know that when you cross the pond, there will be Magi battles (Frost vs Fire; Restoration vs Necro; Alteration vs Illusion; Destruction Vs Conjuration. and everything in between.) and those Magi have some fairly decent items.
