    Do you have to choose between rooms in hearthfire?

    So I noticed that there are two different rooms in the back. Can you have both? Or do you have to choose between them? I was just wondring because I really want both, but I'm not sure if any one could answer then that would be great.

    I was trying to get the aghma infinium, but every time I talk to septimus he just tells me that he doesnt know how to open the box, I am level 15 now witch I think is the level rquired for the quest. I gave him the lexicon before I was a level 15 though.

    I have been playing Skyrim a lot, and Skyrim was my first Elder Scrolls game. I wanted to know if Daedric or Dremora stuff was the best like it is in Skyim. I was wondering bcauset seems like you could get daedric weapons very early in the game?
