Spoiler My Second Playthrough - Pure Mage

Hi MushroomGenius, I'm on my 3rd playthrough (Khajiit Assassin would ya believe it!?) and haven't started the dragon quests. Level 13 and no dragons so far!

It happens randomly when you buy/find a Dwarven item. I bought some Dwarven boots in Solitude and got the same note.
