Who was the very first person you ever killed in Skyrim? For me, it was Lucan Valerius after The Golden Claw. Before I completed that quest, psycho bastard went crazy and just killed his daughter. Wait, is Camilla his daughter or his sister?

Note: I may have had something to do with the above listed incident due to an Illusion spell.

Well technically speaking, everyone's first kill was that storm cloak/Imperial soldiers in the second room of the fort in Helgen.

And you successfully bring this thread to a quickly and timely end.

Anise. I had no idea what I was doing, and somehow ended in her cabin. I guess I visited her cellar, because she attacked me when I left the cabin. I killed her, but only barely managed it.
Then I reloaded and did the exact same thing. *headdesk*

Oh yes, I remember that. Anise's Cabin is easy to stumble upon. That old hag is a bitch, isn't she?

WinterWolf : So, you killed Lucan and you just left it like that ? Lucan is the most important merchant in the game and you don’t want him dead but alive. He is the only one carrying 10k in his pocket to buy stuff from you in one-stop-sale-buy in Skyrim ?

Well, being the noob that I was back then, my first kill that was not an enemy was a chicken; man was I in for a surprise when everyone hated me for killing a freaking chicken.

How do you backstab a Dragon?
Actually, if you discount Helgen, my first kill would have been one of the bandits at the mine outside of Riverfell(run?). I think it was the one outside, but he could have been dead already. I killed every last bandit in that mine at level 1 and I thought I was pretty badass for doing so. Still, my favorite kill was Petra and then killing that caged maniac on the way out.

I also kill those butthead bandits who approach you in the wild and say 'hold onto this and don't tell anyone or I'll kill you.' Well, you can't kill me if you're dead, can you? The first named NPC I killed was Paratus Decimus during the Revealing the Unseen Quest for the College of Winterhold quest line. I was really fed up with his attitude.

Still - my ALL TIME favorite kill was Barnabas, that damned talking dog of Vile's. SOOOOOO annoying. On the second part of the quest, I had to tell him to go away 'cause his barking was interferring with my sneak.

Lydia, it was an accident. Found Tovald's cave for the first time. She got in the way as I was attempting to fight off the Falmer. It's ok though, I got killed too.

Well, and he has the only 24 hour General Store besides the Khajiit Caravan as long as you don't give him his bauble back. Honestly, that's worth a lot more to me than 400 Septims.

BoT, other than Helgin (Beat me to it, he did) mine was some random Bandit in Fort Neugrad. I Fast Traveled back to Helgen to see if I could score more arrows (Spoiler: No, you can't.) Neugrad was the first location I discovered, and cleared. Brandish was my first Boss.

Some farmer saying he was off to join the Stormcloaks, I pressed the wrong button and hit him with a shout and I got a bounty. Had to silence him, before he ran off to tell the Guards, then a Noble with a bodyguard saw me, had to kill them and then the bloody horse was apparently a valid witness.

Three people and a horse had to be killed cause I pressed the wrong button. Funny how things like that happen.

Uh, he did NOT have that much gold. Besides, things weren't working out in that profile (both the College of Winterhold and Companions questlines got broken), so I started a new one. So he's not dead. And neither is his daughter.
