Being an assassin/thief my favorites are Aura Whisper and Throw Voice. I also love Storm Call, Ice Form, and Slow Time.

I like Marked For Death, but in terms of usefullness, Dragonrend is pretty sweet.

Storm Call. Being able to down a /dragon priest/ without even having them in view is pretty damn sweet.

My favorites are Unrelenting force (honestly who doesnt like that shout), fire breath, and Ice form. I also really like Become earthreal, aura wisper and Marked for death to. Never really used storm call, does the lightning hurt your followers?

Storm Call... I enjoy to watch my opponents fry as I sit back and watch the lightning take care of it all. :p

Not sure about followers but your horse... well let's just say my horse got a few zaps.

My favorite is probably Unrelenting Force. Incredibly useful when you see a giant coming your way. Marked for Death is also very useful. I don't use it often but if there is a dragon attacking a town I like to try and kill it before someone dies. So any advantage I can give myself or the guards is used. Although Alvor still seems to die most of the time.

In a word, Wuld. I use it (Mostly without the NahKest) to speed up cross county travel, cross streams, and gaps without dropping down, and climing back out, not to mention combat maneuvers. Also Aura Whisper is pretty useful especially for Stealth characters, but it can be replicated with Alteration. Wuld is a completely unique, and extremely useful ability. All of my characters keep it qued up by default, and use it more than anything else. It almost makes up for not having Boots of Running Speed.

Aura whisper is glorious for situation awareness and bow & arrow sniping.
Storm call is wonderfully OP, but comes with a lot of collateral damage.
Unrelenting force and ice form are great for screwing around with.
Throw voice has a great concept, but it never seems to be very effective.

I pretty much only find these first three actually useful at all. The rest are okay as "free attacks" every once in awhile during a fight, but don't really change any outcomes...

Whirlwind Sprint for getting around. Might be my most used actually.
Marked For Death - When lower level, with weaker weapons, I probably would have died to way more dragons without this. Get two of these in a fight and he'll practically die on his own. Same with other tough foes.
Ice Form, useful to distance a tough guy, or give time to run/heal. Or just to dick around and freeze chickens.
Unrelenting force. Mostly for fun, only really useful if they are on the edge of a high place.
Become Ethereal-Did you spend a long time hiking to the top of a mountain, only to find out you need to get to the bottom of a large cliff? Become ethereal and jump off!

None of the damage ones are worth sh**. I can do double that damage with a damn dagger, and not waste a valuable shout, why would I use fire breath?

Storm Call is kind of fun, still pretty weak, though. It only was actually useful doing the Imperial/Storm Cloak quests near the end, clearing out the forts. Otherwise the only people it really hurts, are people I could kill in 2-3 sword swings.

I like Fire Breath for roleplay purposes, but Slow Time is probably my most useful Shout, followed quickly by Become Ethereal.

I love throw voice simply because its kind of funny. Anyone can learn to throw their voice, but you are doing it epically. It probably isn't the most useful, but its my favorite.

Actually, having finally gotten through a good bit of the Dawnguard content, I have to say that Soul Tear is now my favorite offensive Shout. It combines Soul Trap, Raise Zombie, and enough damage to iinstantly kill minor enemies and down a boss if you've already taken a few swings.

It's like the Swiss Army Knife of Dragon Shouts.

Those would be my three go to shouts. Woe to those who try to fight me while standing on top of a tower or near the edge of a cliff.

Best shouting moment ever: I'm walking along that switchback road going towards Riften and a thief aproaches me, asking for my money. There is a cliff right behind him. Exit coversation, three words dude! FUS RO DA!

Ever done that to the guy standing on the tree that spans a huge waterfall in the Rift? It's supremely satisfying.
