On the character I'm playing at the moment, I'm collecting books. If they're part of a series, I have to have all parts of it.

Gems. Gems of all kinds. You should see the stacks upon stacks of diamonds, sapphires, garnets, emeralds and rubies I have squirreled away. Flawless gems, normal gems. Any jewel will do, any at all! An Emperor's ransom in precious stones, stashed away in my safe in Solitude. I could fund and finance my own army with the gems I have saved.

Dragon bones and scales, as well. I have 100's of each!

I have an extensive library, spread out across my various properties I likely have a copy of every book available.

Daedric artifacts. I have them all! To commune with the denizens of Oblivion is to better know the nature of the arcane, to pluck at the very fibers of reality, to fray the tapestry of reality! What petty sacrifices they asked of me... What I did... I did for the betterment of all men and mer...

On my breton character I'm trying to collect all the bugs in jars, masks, and daedric artifacts. So far, I am not very far in my collection.

The only real collection I've had is my Imperial character collecting circlets. Heavy armor, but no helmet. Just a pretty, pretty circlet. Had so many I was able to rotate every time I visited the house.

I've got the masks done, but how many bugs in jars are there? I've only found two.

Ancient Nord weapons from Draugrs. I now have over 4000 stored in my chest at Breezeholm. Some day I will take them all out and drop them on the floor, just to see what it looks like.

My character is a hoarder. I collect just about everything and keep it meticulously organized. I actually made an excel spreadsheet to track the books I have. In my previous game I displayed helmets on the living room shelves in Breezehome. I invested a fair amount of time decorating in my previous game so things like the inkwells & quils, bugs in the jars, dynamo cores, pretty potions - I keep those to set up nifty scenes. I tend to hang on to jewelry, I never sell a piece that isn't enchanted and have a special fondness for circlets. I have one trunk dedicated entirely to complete sets of armor & weapons. I get more excited by finding unique named items (tavern clothes, ancient traveler skull, draugr armor) than chests of gold. That clothing shop, Radient Raiment - I get really exited each time I go in there to see what they have that I don't. No way I'd ever sell a quest related weapon or item. I noticed the Staff of Magnus showed up on my sale list at the vendor....ummmm, no.
