TG Heist Job Help

I am trying to complete my first Heist Job for the Thieves Guild. It's retrieving a circlet from Bits and Pieces in Solitude. I can't seem to find a time where the guy inside the shop is asleep, and therefore I'm not able to get the circlet... Help please. Anyone know the best way to achieve this job?

I always waited until like 2 in the morning, went into sneak, picked the lock, snuck in, stole the item, and skedaddled out of there.

I waited a bit longer and reentered. Finally got it. Course the invisibility potion helped... I feel like a doofus for forgetting about that.
