    No, when daylight savings first came around, the ranchers petitioned to not observe it because the reasons it was enacted didn't really apply here because we only lose an hour of daylight in winter anyways, and with daylight savings it messed with their schedules, plus we have a ton of actual mexican citizens here who don't get the concept and we don't want to explain it to them
