PC Need help getting skyrim to work offline?

    I recently lost my skyrim game disk in a house fire and even though i can still play it installed on my pc when i am online i have no way of playing the game while i am off. I can't get past steam and it keeps saying it can't connect. i tried bypassing the launcher but that's no use. I was wondering if there was a way to prove i first have the game and then get some help so i can play the game without an internet requirement. I have it installed on steam. If i could get in contact with someone from bethesda to help me that would be nice.. I honestly just googled "Skyrim Forum" and made an account on the first legit site i saw..but i don't even know if this is an official forum or a really pro looking fansite.. If it is the fansite, Could anyone please direct me to an official contact? Thanks.

    Editing..for some reason it reads as an advertisement? not sure if that's me or some mod thinking this is spam but it's real. i'd like to get some help instead of being spam blocked. Anyways. Count this as a bump. lol
