Missing House Items

    So I've picked up Skyrim again after awhile to play Dawnguard, and I've run into an interesting problem.

    I went to my house in Windhelm, Hjerim, in order to stock up on supplies and to my surprise, all of mannequins and weapon racks were all empty! The stuff stored in my chests and cupboards was all there, but all my daedric artifacts, my guild quest stuff and my sets of dragonscale armor had vanished. Curiously though, my set of stormcloak officer armor was perfectly fine (it was on the mannequin on the left as you come up the stairs if that makes any difference)

    Has anyone else run into this problem before? And if so is there a way to fix it? It's a shame if all my unique armor pieces and weapons just vanished like that T_T
