How to get the highest % Smithing and Enchanting Potions

I read somewhere that 32% was the highest you could go. Well you can go higher than that without any mods. I am also playing on a PS3. So here is what you are going to need

1. Falmar Helmet x 4 (it has to be a falmar helmet)
2. Circlet x 4 (Circlets and Falmar helmets can be worn at the same time.
3. Rings x 4
4. Necklaces x 4
5. Leather Bracers x 4

Here is what you do. Mix up some enchanting potions so you can get each piece to it desired % (i.e. 32% improvement on enchanting) Repeat this process until you have reached 37% enchanting potions and 147% smithing potions.

To maximize smithing you will need to wear your enchanted smithing ring, necklace, shirt, and drink your potion. They give you 30 seconds, so be quick. Any questions, just ask!

Can you go into more depth, please? Where do the Falmer Helmets and such come in?

Falmer helmet is a glitch. So this is an exploit of the game.

Falmer Helmet, like the Penitus Oculatus Helmet, allows you to wear it WITH A CIRCLET. That gives you 2 apparels to wear on the head at the same time.

That way, you can have 5 pieces of +29% alchemy instead of the normal 4 pieces.

Falmer helmet can be found as loot on Falmer creatures.

Also, if you are into using exploit, then the Fortify Restoration potion exploit is MUCH MORE effective and less costly. You can get potions of 10.000 % increase. But after a point, your game crashes.
