Harmughstahl door glitch

    i had looked up for help on this but nobody else seemed to have the problem..i get to the first puzzle with the 4 levers, i solved the puzzle and all 4 spikes are down, but teh back row that automatically goes down after completing the puzzle dont do anything, and the levers wont move clearly because i solved the puzzle. is there a console command or something i can do to help this issue?
    yes i have reloaded from previous save, in fact after i post this i will go back and try again.

    PS yes all 4 levers are facing away from me
