I have an Issue where I will be looking at a texture in game such as a wall. The wall will change is appearance based on where I am from it, such as in solitude the castle wall will be completely covered in vines, then the vines will be partially gone, then back, then gone. The part where it goes away seems like that is how it should be all the time. I have this issue with the roads as well. One minute they look very real, with the dirt and bricks melded together, then one will overshadow the other.

I shall be uploading a few examples.

I tried to search for this issue and possible fixes, but I'm not sure I'm even calling it the right type of graphical issue.

I have a Radeon HD 5670 with the latest Catalyst Control Suite on it.

This issue has been resolved. Apparently it was being caused by Antistropic/antialiasing filtering.
