Sadly , I must nominate Fists of Steel.
A maximum of 18 points base damage for a perk doesn`t seem a fair deal.

I love unarmed and wish they had made it more viable to play outside of being a early game Khajiit or Argonian. It would have been nice to have more unarmed perks or buffs for regular players like they have now for the Werewolves and Vampire Lords .

I think a good add to unarmed would be to allow an elemental damage enchantment to be added for something like a fire punch , frost chokeout , or shock suplex

Yeah, that contradiction confused me. The OP seems to just want to have a whole bunch of threads and control the conversation. He posted this one with two others: for the werewolf & vampire perk trees.

It's really useful for my werewolf / unarmed Khajiit. Khajiit is not essential, but helps at low levels. I'd love to have elemental gauntlets. Like if they made the dragon claws into gloves with elemental enchants, that'd be awesome.

While fists of steel is very underpowered, it's better than nothing o_O

Fists makes one's unarmed build, it really helps, even at high levels.

I consider it a gateway perk, unless I'm doing a variation of the Unarmed build. Claws make a nice close range (reach, actually) backup for either a Bow, or Destruction. Especially a Spellclaw, because there's a maximum of 7 perks (EnchanterX5, and Insightful for the GotP enchantment, +FoS) to maximize this damage. Along with Destruction, and Heavy Armor (just Juggernaut5) it's easily under level 25, when Destruction starts suckin'.

I totally and completely disagree with what you said about deflect arrows!

For me it's one of the best perks in that tree. From personal experience archers can usually get a few shots on you before you can run up to them and take them out and on Master difficulty and the occassional poisen user they can really hurt you! e.g. The falmer archer on top of the tower when your on your way to kill a certain thieves guild traitor, that guy can one shot you on master if your not careful!

Don't forget it's a very realistic perk, it actually takes the size of your shield into account so if you use a small shield enemies will be smart and fire at your blind spots. If you use the Shield of Ysgramor which is one of if not the largest shield in the game, defelect arrows make a spotted archer almost useless. You can just wait for them to fire an arrow, watch it ping of uselessly then run into them and own them hard whilst they try to reload!

I also found that going stealth mode covers almost your entire front body making you completely immune from archers if your looking at them face on.

Deflect arrows shouldn't be on this list, it's arguably one of the best perks in the game!

Not to mention that deflect arrows, the magic perk, and spellbreaker can make your defense all but invulnerable to ranged attacks.
