Does anyone know of a mod that lets me move just the camera when my character is moving, instead of changing my characters direction. Also so I can see the front of my character when moving.

You can try typing animcam into the console. You can still move and fight with a free-floating camera, but it's really difficult to control direction.
I know the second one doesn't fit your needs, but you can use tfc to activate the fly cam, but your character won't move with it. If you add 1 (tfc 1) then the world around you freezes. Good for screenshots. Type tfc again to undo it.
