I can see you've just edited your post prior to replying. I cant see anything left thats important, Aside from a few Punctuation errors (Capital letters mostly).
There are a few things missing, however. Choice of weaponry being the most notable. Also, try expanding on the personality section. Y'know, likes/dislikes, fears e.t.c.
Otherwise 'Nathan Black' seems like a solid character.
    ah thank you T.

He returned home to find everything completely changed and with nowhere to really work, He then heard news from a friend at the FBI and suggested that Brandon come work for the organization. He decided he had nothing to lose, and that the career might suit him. So he yet again enlisted himself at a government facility and after passing various entrance exams he got the job as a field operative.

He soon enjoyed putting away the world’s hardened criminals and making the US a safer place, yet that all changed after one day. He had been deep in a case which was tied to various higher ups, and finally had enough for an arrest. He and his partner went to the warehouse where the supposed Criminal was and came into contact with what he couldn't believe. His partner, the same friend that suggested he should join up with the FBI lost his life and Brandon barely managed to make it out before some other organization arrived to clean up the mess. This Organization was XCOM, and soon after finding out about Brandon’s former skills offered him a job. They made it so he couldn't refuse and soon he found himself in the ranks of the XCOM as an elite operative. Funny how he thought of his days as a soldier over, and behind him but he swore to avenge his partner and friend. It was also something bigger then him, and he felt as if he couldn't refuse.

    Done I think.

Name: Dipprasad Dharmadhoj, but for those who can't say his name he just lets them call him Nathan Black, a weird name I know but he choose it and he likes it.

    Nickname: Capt.

    Age: 31.

    Gender: Male.

    Ethnicity: British Commonwealth.

Squad Role: Support, well technically he's more shoot, stab and blow up everything that hostile.

Equipment: 1 Flashbang Grenade, Smoke Grenades, 1 or 2 Frag Grenades if it's allowed, two Glock 19 pistols, a FAL SA58 OSW Rifle and the Traditional Kurki. Stranded body armor and a Terai slouch hat that he wears all the time even into battle except when he is relaxing like a game of Snooker or a workout.

Personality: Probably one of the nicest guys to have served in the military I don't think there's anyone that smiles as much as this guy, in battle he is a deadly force to reckoned with, He's a quick thinker using everything as a weapon until he only has his kukri left to fight with. Because the Heroin withdrawal he's restless and from time to time his hands start shaking, he tries to hide it but it's not easy.

Dipprasad cares about his comrades and friends so much he could run into battle and take out several hostiles with just 2 kurkis. He despises any cowardly, disobedient man as well as back stabbers who he really hates and will probably shoot them on sight.

Backstory: Sergeant Dipprasad Dharmadhoj, former soldier in the 1st Battalion of the Royal Gurkha Rifles serving as part of the British Army in the War in Afghanistan. He comes from a long line of Gurkha soldiers serving in the British Army, dating from an ancestor who first fought under contract with the East India Company in the Pindaree War of 1817. His grandfather fought in North Africa against the Nazis with considerable distinction, and Dipprasad has also sought to be just as honorable a soldier as he was. His father spent most of his life serving in the 26th Gurkha Brigade stationed in Hong Kong, where Dipprasad spent his childhood until his family moved to the United Kingdom following handover in 1997.

His career in the military took a sudden turn in the mountains of Tora Bora in 2011, when a firefight broke out with Taliban soldiers during the battle, Dipprasad witnessed things that would haunt him forever, he suffered from tremendous mental shock watching a line of Taliban machine guns cut through dozens of good British men. Despite this, he fought bravely and well, He was honorably discharged.

In the time that followed, he felt he had lost his mission in life. A taste of opium acquired in Afghanistan threatened to blossom into a full heroin addiction, but when Dipprasad was at his lowest point he received a call from a guy named Bradford offering Dipprasad a job as a soldier for the XCOM program, Dipprasad was conflicted to say the least he knew that they dealt in extraterrestrial and that sounded weird enough but he gave it a go and he was wrong.

You've still got some punctuation errors and you still need to fix them, but this is a vast improvement. I'll repost your CC and hilight your mistakes later tonight. I can tell you proofread this, good job. Two big things I notice in your writing are periods. You either replace them with commas often and create a long messy run-on sentence or omit them completely. Again making a long, messy run-on sentence.

Only 6 people maximum on an XCOM team... well, this is awkward.
Normally I would ask you two to [fight to the death, or alternatively] settle this peacefully toghether, & decide who will be more active & enthusiastic were they to join the Roleplay. Failing that, this time tommorow I will come to the verdict of who will be picked. I remain undecided on who to pick, so if you wish to make any additions to your CC's in the hopes of getting picked then thats fine (should peace negotiations fail).
I would like to apologise to both of you; had I not assumed that Tox had lost interest in this Roleplay then I would have closed off recruiting, preventing a situation like this.

why both of us? can't we bend this one rule this one and only time? cause I want in, yes but I don't want to talk it out with Tox as we're on good terms and the difference between 5 and 7 isn't that bad, it's just one character over, I mean the story/lore won't break in half because we let someone extra come in, right?

    Orien Terrik

    "Arik tree'ac te kek."
Well, if there is only 6 allowed on an XCOM team, and we already have 5, we would only be able to take one more. Of course, that doesn't mean some other position, maybe Outside the team, like an Adviser or something isn't available. I guess it is just up to Rakinson.

Orien's Idea would work, but obviously that would mean somebody would have to miss out on all the action. Perhaps the team could consist of seven members, & have one person act as a substitute hat could be switched with someone else as the situation demands it. That way they could still all be there for base socializing & activities. Maybe even have them come with the group on the skyranger for backup if somebody is injured. But in terms of active combat I think 7 people might be a stretch. With that much firepower I'm unsure of how big a threat the aliens would pose. How does that sound?

i think we should have Sky RP as Our Skyranger pilot. Then he could be Big Sky.

Well being more based on rp than the actual turn based game, you could buff up the aliens.
OR you could just have some special seven manned missions, with the alternating of squad members in the others.
You could also have a pure advisory role(non-combat) or a middle type of grounded role(combat), and still join in on the combat. I mean, it is going to be very dull with nobody to interact with, while everybody is out on a mission.

    I don't mind what happens.

hm well in the first few missions of the game the amount of the aliens is small yes? so if we want them to be a threat still, we just increase the number of them to where our guys can just about handle them like Toxius said above me bluff them up.

Wait... are you still suggesting seven person teams? I'm all for the back-up guy on the skyranger, but the reason for there being limited squad members is because of numbers. Add a seventh person & your just wasting soliders (I get thats not too important, but still). How about it?
That local advisory you suggested Tox could link in with this.
As for you, Captain, dont worry about alien numbers. They get tougher 'Triple Muton Matinee!' will become a common sight as the game progresses. XCOM are specialists in taking down the aliens; they dont need the extra numbers. Also when we figure this out, you two are accepted.

Yes, but now what local advisory position...

I think it's where you either stay at central command and advise us or you come along on the skyranger and do the same as well as being a backup if someone gets injured.

    Am I missing anything :D

Sure, I guess you all need a lesson in basic first aid as seeing there's no medics of any kind.
Maybe I could kinda recruit, npcs, if that's okay. Maybe we could sometimes use them. Find more scientists. Start up the MEC program and all that.

A MEC trooper would fit Jen's combat skills. And temperament.

Also, does the main Xcom base ever get attacked in this?
I mean there's a chance for all seven of us to Rp in combat at once.

I'm sure we could do that at some point, I think it's a feature in XCOM:EW as well as The Original XCOM

MEC troopers will come in time. As for a base attack, perhaps, but not anytime soon (personally if I was the aliens I'd just bunker missile the crap outa the place).
Wait, do you want to be some kind if multi-task guy? Who would you call that?
