Winterhold back in its golden days?

Hi guys, does anyone know if there's any mod that makes winterhold grow big and wealthy again? I'd really like to see the city florishing again, 'cause honestly, I'm sick of Solitude, Riften and whiterun. Those trhee cities are like and endless warp of fast travelling to the same place again and again since they're the only nice cities.
